Villa Golf Bahía basement.

This is my first project post-graduation and is currently a work in progress. The brief is to design a contemporary villa in Spain for a couple working in property management, who want the space to serve as both a part-time home and a year-round workspace.

The design supports flexible living when needed while functioning as an efficient, inspiring office environment throughout the year, including an open-plan living and dining area, a dedicated office with storage, a bar area, hallway, guest toilet, walk-in closet, and ensuite bedroom.

The interior adopts a Nordic/Japandi style, emphasizing clean lines, raw materials, and calm minimalism, while maintaining a subtle Mediterranean warmth to ensure cohesion with the rest of the house.
